MANUAL WATER CURTAIN SPRAY BOOTH
The manual water curtain spray booth is realized in stainless steel. It is provided with a base tank with a re-cycling pump for filtering the solid parts and a metallic mesh working table provided with regulation device for its inclination. Polluted particles in their way to the external side, go through a filtering barrier composed of 3 drawers with regenerable plastic rings type "PAAL".
In the upper part there is a high power centrifugal exhauster with photocell for the automatic start of the exhauster in the presence of the operator. The booth is equipped with internal lighting, reduction group, air filtering system and electric switchboard for the regulation of the spray booth functions.
The booth is available with the following sizes:
- length 2780 mm x depth 1400 mm x high 2000 mm. (working sizes).
- length 1780 mm x depth 1400 mm x high 2000 mm (working sizes).
On request, we can realized particular sizes.
DRY SPRAY BOOTH
The manual dry spray booth is realized in stainless steel. It is provided with and metallic mesh working table provided with regulation device for its inclination. Polluted particles in their way to the external side, go through a filtering barrier composed of 3 drawers with resin cotton filters.
In the upper part there is a high power centrifugal exhauster with photocell for the automatic start of the exhauster in the presence of the operator. The booth is equipped with internal lighting, reduction group, air filtering system and electric switchboard for the regulation of the spray booth functions.
The booth is available with the following sizes:
- length 2780 mm x depth 1400 mm x high 2000 mm (working sizes).
- length 1780 mm x depth 1400 mm x high 2000 mm (working sizes).
On request, we can realize particular sizes.
DRAYING TUNNEL FOR MANUAL BOOTH
The drying tunnel for manual booths is realized in painted galvanized sheets and insulated with self-supporting insulated panels and frontal shutter realizable with 1 or 2 doors.
Inside the dryer the leather is hung up on holding ironing extractable bars. The heating system may be realized with steam radiators, hot water or electrical resistances. The dryer is complete with thermo-regulator and fan having protection grade IP 55.
The dryer is provided with electric switchboard box with protection grade IP 55.
The dryer is available with the following sizes:
- length 1420 mm x depth 1700 mm x high 2000 mm (working sizes).
- length 920 mm x depth 1700 mm x high 2000 mm (working sizes).
On request, we can realize particular sizes.
